Overview

To enhance product knowledge retention and engagement among Apple salespeople, we designed a series of interactive learning experiences. These initiatives transformed passive learning into an engaging, gamified process, making training more immersive and rewarding.


☑️ Duolingo-Style Learning Game (2024)

🦊 Concept: Players take on the role of an adventurous fox exploring new territories, answering quizzes to earn rewards.

🎯 Goal: Reinforce product knowledge through bite-sized, interactive challenges.

Key Features:

• A progression-based reward system 🎁 to maintain engagement.

• Various quiz formats to test different aspects of product knowledge.

Power-ups & props 💎 to add strategic elements and increase replayability.

📌 Impact: Increased quiz participation and retention rates among sales teams.

🧧 Concept: A Lunar New Year campaign where users challenge each other in real-time quizzes.

🎯 Goal: Encourage competitive learning and improve product knowledge recall speed.

Leaderboard & rewards system to recognize top performers.
