Overview

ISA is a WeChat mini program designed to assist Apple storefront salespeople by providing instant, highly accurate answers to product-related questions. Powered by a large language model and a curated vector database, ISA achieves an industry-leading accuracy rate of up to 95%, ensuring natural and context-aware conversations.
 
Problem

Salespeople need to quickly access reliable product knowledge to enhance customer interactions. Existing solutions lacked real-time responses and conversational fluidity, often leading to inefficient training and inconsistent information delivery.

My Role & Contributions

As the UX designer on this project, I was responsible for:

• Defining the conversational UX strategy to ensure seamless interactions.

• Designing an intuitive and engaging interface that balances functionality with brand personality.

• Optimizing user flows to enable efficient query resolution via keyboard and voice-to-text input.

Visual Language: Designed a warm, retro-futuristic UI with an animated robot assistant, reinforcing approachability and engagement.
